Peter DiCostanzo has emerged from the food industry as an enigma. He learned his cooking skills working in Restaurant Francescina in his home Island of Ischia, Italy. After year and years of fine training he made his way towards America. In 1968 he opened the La Cantina in Mamaroneck, New York and his mark in food industry was made. For over seven years he developed a following which led to the opening of Land and Sea in Harrison.
