The house is located on Sunset Boulevard in the Colony section of Bay Creek, steps away from the beach, the Oyster Farm restaurant and Kings Creek marina. There are two championship golf courses (Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer) with great golf packages. Two beautiful pools, an additional 2 miles of private white sand majestic beaches, tennis courts and a Beach Club (with additional pools and a fully equipped gym – for an small daily fee) are yours to enjoy on the golf side of Bay-Creek, just a short drive down the road. The town of Cape Charles offers several restaurants and a variety of shops. Boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, jet skiing, antiquing, horseback riding, eco tours, a winery and Bay cruises will fill your days, followed by relaxing or dining on The Land Yacht’s front porch while watching the gorgeous sunsets.

If you are a boater, the town offers boat ramps (free), off-site boat storage, boat slips and fabulous fishing, cruising and exploring opportunities.
