Shuttle transportation brings residents to many of the local cultural, entertainment and shopping centers such as Fisher Theater at Phillips Exeter Academy and the numerous parks in the area. Scheduled transportation is also provided for off-site medical procedures, such as dialysis, at Exeter Hospital. Other amenities include 5 star fine dining and is located right across from Churchill's, a flower shop and the ability to bring your cat or dog to live with you in your apartment. You are also welcome to paint your apartment any color you'd like to make it more like home.

The Solana Alzheimer’s Care unit provides continuous care and monitoring to make sure all medications and treatments are administered properly and regularly. The remaining suites and apartments within the community are for assisted care residents. Services offered include physical, occupational and speech therapies.
