Las Vegas High Heat Baseball Club

High Heat Baseball is an organization striving to develop young athletes into well rounded young men and exceptional baseball players. The players will have fun learning the game of baseball and develop life long relationships, while learning to appreciate the game, respecting their teammates, coaches, and parents.

Vision & Philosophy:

Through hard work, patience, and dedication, we hope to develop a championship winning baseball team that develops together through the years at each level of competition.
Many of you will hear or have heard of the ABC’s of baseball, and I truly believe in them.

Academics and education are very important and will only help your player to succeed not only in the classroom but on the field as well. Players will be expected to maintain good grades in school and act appropriate as they represent their family and the High Heat Baseball Club. I do not believe in “taking sports away” from student athletes that may struggle in class. Sports or any other form of extra curricular activities are essential to the growth and the development of social skills and building relationships, but we will do our best to motivate the player to succeed in the classroom.

Baseball will be taught the right way and the players will learn all aspects of the game. They will be expected to play hard, be aggressive, and know its ok to make errors, as long as they can learn from them and keep trying. They will learn respect of the game and sportsmanship on and off the field. As I like to say, that has been passed down from those before us is ATTITUDE AND EFFORT is the only thing a player has total control over. If players come to the field wether its practice or a game ready to put fourth the effort and have a positive attitude then it will be easy for me and the coaches to develop these players.

Community out reach is very important to me and it is important that the players never forget where they came from, and the sacrifices made so that they can play this great game we call BASEBALL. They will be expected to at least once a year volunteer at an event where they will have the opportunity to give back to their community to show support and the gratitude for what they are allowed to do and understand the importance of community and family.
