FAQ'S:

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF LASH EXTENSIONS?
The individual will choose the sizes of the lashes & decide how dramatic or natural they want them to look. Each lash extension will be placed (with the adhesive) onto one natural lash.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
The lash adhesive is semi-permanent. Once you have applied a full-set, you only need maintenance. The maintenance is usually every 2-3 weeks depending on care. Everyone's lashes are different & some tend to last longer than others. Also, every lash-shedding cycle is different depending on when your natural lashes shed.

WILL LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?
No, not at all! The lash adhesive is formulated to create a polypeptide bond, specifically for human lashes. The adhesive dries very soft on lashes, allowing extensions to stay flexible & bouncy just like your own lashes. Extensions will adhere to the lashes softly & comfortably while not damaging your natural lashes or causing the natural lashes to fall out.

CAN I GET THEM WET?
Yes, after the first 8 hours of applying the lashes, you can do all of your regular activities & the lashes should last.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LASHES?
It's best to maintain the beauty of your lashes by gently combing them every day, dabbing them dry, & trying not to sleep directly on them.

CAN I WEAR MASCARA WITH THEM?
Extensions naturally darken your lashes, your lashes will look vivid & mascara is not necessary. If desired, you may wear water-based mascara on the tip of the extensions for enhancement. Never use waterproof mascara as any type of mascara remover may not be used at all. Rubbing directly on the 3D-Lashes, or using mascara remover will weaken the bonding. Water-based mascara should come off with just soap and water while washing your face or showering.

WHEN I WANT TO REMOVE THEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Do NOT pull them off! The worst thing to do would be to manually pull them! This will not only pull your natural lashes out of your root but it will leave you with fewer lashes to extend.
When you need to have a few lashes removed, lash remover is applied & they are carefully removed.

NOTE
You usually only have to do the first set one time & then fills from thereon after. The more properly the lashes are cared for, the less likely you are to need a new set.

LASHES ALLERGIC REACTIONS FAQ:
Allergic reaction or allergy to eyelash extensions? Yes, this is possible. It is rare but it can happen. A reaction or irritation is more likely to be due to poor application of the eyelash extensions than to actual eyelash extension lashes or adhesive.
Here are the top issues that cause irritation commonly confused with an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions:
1. It can be the use of too much adhesive & it gets on the skin.
2. Irritation & itchy eye lids are commonly due to applying the lashes so they touch the skin & do not allow the natural eye lash to move freely. Even if the correct amount of eyelash adhesive is used, when lashes are applied to where they touch the skin, eyelash adhesive touches the skin too.
3. Eyelash Flares or clusters of lashes are used with clumps of black glue & attached to many natural eyelashes causing itching or pinching. When a natural eyelash tries to shed, it is unable due to being glued to several other intact lashes. A stye or infection can occur. This issue is more common than one would think especially for those who are more prone to styes. Many nail salons market flares as eyelash extensions at an inexpensive price but you can pay a serious price later on with unsightly styes & infection.
4. After having the lashes on for a bit they can get itchy from a build up of makeup, chemicals from cleansers & other cosmetics. Remember, eyelashes are a net that serves a purpose to protect your eyes. Eyelash extensions make that net more effective. Using a Q-tip with warm water at the base of the eyelashes usually does the trick. Now, if you are allergic to cosmetics, mascara or are usually very sensitive to products around your eye, be sure to alert your lash technician. A patch test to test for allergies can easily be done. Most clients do not opt for the test however those of you who have a history of being hypersensitive, should ask for the test prior to full set application. Patch-testing should be able to sit for 3 days to see the results, so keep that in mind if you desire individual eyelash extensions for a specific occasion.
