Laurel & Sage is a modern American restaurant featuring globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine. Located in Montclair, NJ and named for the owners’ daughters, Laurel & Sage is an intimate, neighborhood restaurant with a sophisticated and modern meets vintage and rustic setting. Laurel & Sage is a culmination of Chef Shawn’s culinary experiences which includes a background in seafood, farm to table, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and American fare. Laurel & Sage has a seasonal menu which features signature dishes like Ginger-Soy Lacquered Chilean Sea Bass, Pomegranate Molasses Braised Short Ribs and Crispy-Warm Camembert Wheel. In addition, there are daily specials reflecting the trends and availability of local ingredients and goods.
