With sophisticated ambiance, 2 modern kitchens, easy access and plenty of parking, Laurel Place is your event space of choice in north Seattle. This charming venue is the perfect place for conferences, assorted showers, weddings, anniversary or birthday parties, and dances. Located just minutes to I-5, Laurel Place is conveniently located near The Seattle Country Club, The Highlands, Northgate Mall and other North Seattle attractions.
Laurel Place can accommodate up to 180+ guests depending on your room configuration needs. The banquet room is 2790 square feet and fees include: use of tables and chairs for up to 80 guests (more available for an additional fee), use of the catering kitchen, an antique wooden bar and back bar table, banquet table for food service, free Wi-Fi, retractable projector screen and room speakers, parking for up to 70 vehicles. Booking Laurel Place also includes two twenty minute meetings with a site manager who is in attendance during your event. Other items are available to rent such as additional tables of varying sizes shapes and heights, chairs, a stage, 12’X12’ dance floor, china, flatware, glassware, dressing room with private restroom, etc. Use your own caterer or choose from our preferred list.
