Your family will love vacationing at our Surf City beach house! It’s fun, relaxing and comfortable with a great location, footsteps to the beach and bay, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf and even a great day spa!

Our 4 bedroom family beach house can accommodate up to 12 guests and boasts a great kitchen, a fun and airy sun porch with dinner seating for 12, 2 baths, an outside shower, BBQ grill, outside fire pit and more.

Plus, we have outfitted the house with several fishing poles, crab traps, bikes, beach chairs, flat screen TVs, WIFI making it easy for your family to enjoy a fantastic family vacation. We even have a booster chair, portable crib and high chair here for your enjoyment! Additionally, 6 Surf City beach badges are provided.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and private sun room, 2 additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has been designed for kids, with 2 sets of bunk beds! All bedrooms have cable and a flat screen TV.

Renovated for the 2014 season, we have added beautiful wood floors, several new flat screen TVs, central AC and a contemporary white finish throughout the home. The home is also 100% non smoking.
