LC Home

With our roots in Loveland, LC Home was founded in 2008 after more than twelve years of developing new home communities throughout Northern Colorado. The company’s first project was the completion of 136 homes at Boise Village North in Loveland. Our focus on thoughtfully and intentionally creating great homes and places to live has led the company to grow into a regional builder. We are known for our reputation of quality and are proud of the more than 300 single family, paired homes, patio homes, and semi-custom homes we have built for the community.
