When in season, many of the fresh fruits and vegetables we use are supplied by on-site affiliate gardens that ensure freshly picked, no spray ingredients. A long term vision of sustainable growth and health are paired with the rich, savory tastes of Europe to create an experience unique to this building and valley. Authentic Hungarian Impressionist art graces the red walls that were lovingly painted with clay paints in order to achieve a color of deep relaxation and inspiration in our guests.
