After years of training in Paris in perfecting the art of French cooking he purchased LRV from his father, French chef Jean Claude. Through his life long experience in the restaurant and au courant concepts, LRV now offers both a casual bistro offering small plates of as well as the formal dinning experience proving to you that attention to detail and welcoming fine dining experience still exist.

His restaurant has won awards in Tucson Lifestyle, Tucson Weekly, and Tucson Originals.
