We focus on different self-defense techniques, hand to hand combat, kicking, punching, proper falling and rolling as well as strong leadership, self motivation, great influence, effective performance, positive behavior and healthy habits.
We implement the art of Hap Ki Do as our main martial art discipline and help develop strong leadership to improve the community. Our Goal is to provide an environment where the students will experience a physical and mental motivation to improve themselves and live up to their potential. These practices will trigger respect for one-self, fellow students, instructors, martial arts and life.
