Every child should be given the opportunity to reach his or her potential. Every child, no matter how they are diagnosed or categorized, is an individual who can learn and who can love.



At Learning ARTS we believe that the family is the center of every successful intervention. Family members are trained and empowered with the most up-to-date, evidence based, scientific techniques and methods for educating and supporting the child with a disability.



Distress in one's child is always difficult to witness. At Learning ARTS, compassion leads. We use only non-aversive, Positive Behavior Support based intervention methods.



Learning ARTS provides a wide array of services to developmentally disabled children. These include early start intensive intervention, daily living skills/functional-adaptive training, facilitated social groups, behavioral crisis intervention, parent training, special education classrooms, classroom and in-home tutoring, family counseling and relationship development intervention.



The Learning ARTS team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCABA), Marriage and Family Therapists, credentialed special education teachers, group facilitation experts, school, paraprofessionals, and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) Certified Consultants.



Learning ARTS/Teaching Autistic Children is a certified Non-Public Agency (NPA) in the state of California and a vendor to the Alta California Regional Center, the Central Valley Regional Center, the Far Northern Regional Center and the Sierra Regional Center of Nevada. We have offices serving the greater Sacramento, Grass Valley, Yuba City, Fresno and Reno regions. We proudly provide services to our military families through TRICARE. Aetna, Tri-West, as well as most private insurance companies and MediCal patients are also welcome. Learning ARTS also contracts with families who would like to pay for service privately.
