The big chalet is a spacious 3400 square foot chalet is the perfect rental. Four levels of living space with a large yard for recreation. It features 3 bedrooms and the 4th sleeping area is in the recreation room. Large 55 HD TV in the living room. Three full baths, full kitchen, laundry room, 2 fireplaces, and a walk out patio leading to the playground area and then to the water. Breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house. Wrap around deck viewing a panoramic view of this 23-mile long all sports lake-Lake Leelanau. Wheelchair ramps available to onto the deck also. Patio furniture, grill, and picnic table provided. Large recreation room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This room is a kid's paradise with TV, darts, puzzles, board games, Barbie's, Little Tikes kitchenette and dollhouse. 2 queen beds are also in this room. This room is the bottom level with French doors walking out to a patio.

All units come with access to the lake and shared use of the covered pavilion on the lakefront. Spacious shoreline lined with lounge chairs. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the house to the water. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau Sands Casino is just 15 miles north. Leelanau Club golf and within 5 minutes and Kings Challenge is 15 minutes.
