You will NOT find any fancy equipment, a juice bar, or a front desk receptionist.
What you will find are ALL the tools necessary to build different elite levels of fitness.
At Legendz Fitness & Training Center, small dumbbells, rowers, pull-up bars, medicine balls, kettle bells, punching bags, Airdyne bikes, jump ropes, sledge hammers,
sand bags , tires, and other "basic" and old school fitness implements are cherished above ALL else...
Because we don't use machines, we build them!
