Lemon Tree Playgroup

Lemon Tree Playgroup is for children age 6 months to 4 years. Playgroup meets Monday - Friday from 9am to noon on the third floor of Augustana Lutheran Church in Washington, DC. Children are accompanied by parent or caregiver. Enrollment is limited to 25 children in each room due to space restrictions. Activities include free play, singing, story time, crafts, yoga and group snack. Experienced staff coordinator facilitates all activities. Parents are asked to volunteer once every two months to provide a healthy snack for the children. Lemon Tree will host sponsored evening social events for parents and holiday parties for families. Playgroup is nonsectarian and completely parent-funded through semester membership.
