During my 30-year (and counting) marriage, my family has moved around a lot in support of my corporate career. We have made our family home in 14 different houses in five states and in two countries - 10 purchases and 4 rentals. 3 of the rentals were for temp housing for 3 to 12 months. And none of these transactions include the many corporate housing accommodations.

These decades of nomadic existence have two major benefits.

First, from the many times I have bought, leased and sold homes, I have learned what a great real estate broker does to support a buyer or a seller. The care and attention to the details and issues of the customer are paramount. I know what YOU need first hand to make this process successful.

Second, our hunt for the “perfect” home involved hundreds of home tours. I learned that I love HOUSES. Their design, flow, upgrades, their curb appeal, neighborhood and potential were all reviewed and analyzed by my engineering inner-self. The whole process of exploring the listings for the right home, while at times lengthy and tiresome, was a great deal of FUN.
