LMDS IS A NEW AND FRESH DANCE STUDIO THAT OFFERS MANY DIFFERENT STYLES OF DANCE AND EXERCISE CLASSES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH NEW CLASSES ADDED MONTHLY! CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR CLASSES AND EVENTS!

WE OFFER YOUTH CLASSES IN THESE AREAS:

HIP HOP - Students will learn all the latest moves of today while teaching full body coordination mixed with rhythmic steps and routines! (Ages 5-17)

KIDZ BOP - This class teaches our teeny boppers full body coordination while learning fun dance routines! (Ages 4-6)

BEG. ACROBATIC - This is a beginner class for students to learn basic acrobatic and balance skills. Forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands etc. (Ages 4-12)

WE OFFER ADULT CLASSES IN THESE AREAS:

DANCE CARDIO - Get ready to sweat in this high impact, hip hop style workout! Mix the latest moves with the hottest music of today and you will get the best cardio workout without even realizing it! (Ages 18+)

“TONE UP” THE NOISE - This class will focus on toning and sculpting a different area weekly. Small weights are required for this class. (Fitness mats are included)

SMOOTH GROOVZ - What do you get when you mix some cool, smooth music with some sexy hot moves? Come find out!
