Classes consist of cardio & strength training. If you are looking for a beginners program try the morning class! If you need a little extra push and advanced training the afternoon class is the one for you. The only thing you would need to bring is something to drink! Each class is different and the atmosphere is fun with a great group of people! Not into working out with a group of people I also do personal training. One on one with no one else but you!
