Level One is a locally owned company that can provide Civil Engineering and Surveying services for individuals, companies and public agencies in Montana. This company was formed primarily to provide help to residential or commercial property owners who find themselves in FEMA's 100-year floodplain. We can perform Elevation Surveys to determine where properties exist in relation to FEMA's Base Flood Elevation (BFE). With that information, we can obtain LOMA’s (Letters of Map Amendment) for properties that exist above the BFE; or we can provide Elevation Certificate’s for properties that require flood insurance. Other services include Floodplain Certification, Easement Preparation and Acquisition, Occupancy or Encroachment Permit Acquisition and Property Boundary Location.
