Liberty Center, the $350 million mixed-use project developed by Steiner + Associates, is located on 64 acres at the I-75 and SR 129 interchange in Liberty Township, north of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Liberty Center features more than 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment, 75,000 square feet of office space, 240 luxury apartments and a 130-room AC Hotel by Marriott. Anchor tenants include: Dillard’s, the 200,000 square-foot store, which is their first Ohio store built from the ground up; DICK’s Sporting Goods occupies 80,000 square feet; and Cobb Luxury 15 & CineBistro is a new-to-market concept for the company.

Restaurants at Liberty Center include: Flip Side, Rusty Bucket, Brio Tuscan Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill, Pie & Pints, Northstar Café and Rodizio Grill.

Additional retailers include: Banana Republic, Buckle, Build-A-Bear, Chico’s, Express, Foot Locker, Funny Bone Comedy Club, Graeter’s Ice Cream, H&M, Hollister, J. Jill, Old Navy, Pandora, Rogers Jewelers, The Limited, Victoria’s Secret, White House Black Market, among others.
