Liberty County District Attorney's Office

The District Attorney's Office is responsible for the prosecution of felony level crimes and misdemeanors over which district courts have jurisdiction. In Liberty County, the District Attorney's Office represents the State of Texas in the 75th and 253rd Judicial District Courts. Our staff includes four assistant district attorneys, three investigators (one of whose primary duty is as a D.A.R.E. Officer), and support staff. We strive to handle each case equally, thoroughly, and mindful of our duty to the citizens of Liberty County.
