About Us
Liberty Farm Ventures is a full service, competitive hunter/jumper riding program. We stress safety, personalized teaching and good horsemanship. Regardless of age or experience, we help our riders reach their potential by encouraging and challenging them to set and reach their goals.
Riding is a unique and exciting sport that instills hard work, confidence and patience. It challenges you to find your inner strength.

Julie Foran Rebarchak – Trainer
Julie began riding at the age of 9 and rode competitively in the junior equitation and amateur owner divisions. She managed, operated and trained at Shadowbrook Farm in Mettawa, IL for her family.
She started the lesson program at Liberty Farm in Lake Forest, IL. Many of her students entered as beginners and progressed to winning IHJA year-end awards.
Julie cares deeply for her students. She is focused on building her riders’ confidence and helping them set and reach their goals. Julie works to make sure that the rider’s time in the saddle is as rewarding, exciting and enriching as possible.
