Life as ONE

Life as ONE is a worshipping, presence-driven church, that believes that LOVE, expressed through authentic relationship and community, represents the culture of the Kingdom of God. It is our desire to live God’s Word, through tangible expressions of the Father’s love and the power of the Holy Spirit, in order to impact lives, communities, cities and nations. We seek to create an environment of family that brings healing to the broken, refreshing to the weary and empowerment to the emerging generation to be launched into their Kingdom destinies.

CHURCH
As a Church, we gather every Sunday at 4:00 pm to worship and do life together as a family community. We are a multi-ethnic and multi-generational community. The Church is located in Claremont, California, and it is our desire to release God’s Kingdom into and transform this beautiful suburb of Los Angeles.


TRANSFORMATION TRAINING SCHOOL

Since the mid 1990’s Steve Chua has helped establish and coordinate over 50 Strategic Training Schools around the world. With a vision to raise up Kingdom leaders, ONE will be establishing the TTS (Transformation Training School). This weekly modular training school will teach and equip Individuals to mature in their intimacy with God, in their personal identity and in their destiny as naturally supernatural leaders.

It is also our dream to create a web-based, media training school that would transform a generation of leaders globally to know their Kingdom call and influence to bring Heaven to Earth.


ONE STUDENT MINISTRY

The city of Claremont is known for hosting a collection of elite private colleges. Because of the nature of these colleges, many of these students will find themselves in places of influence and responsibility in the years to come. By establishing mentoring relationships and providing strategic kingdom training , our desire is to model a Kingdom community that will mature, inspire and equip these students into future leaders.


TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES

San Carlos Apache Reservation

The Apache community daily faces issues of substance abuse, alcoholism, extreme unemployment, and a lack of proper nutrition and medical support. Many live in homes that have no heating or electrical power. This community desperately needs the healing touch of the Father’s love. Situated just 80 miles from Phoenix, Arizona, the San Carlos Reservation ONE has sent multiple teams to this reservation with the purpose of demonstrating the face of authentic love through relationship and community events. As a result, a strong bond has been formed between ONE and the Reserve, and the leaders at San Carlos have given us an open invitation to bring a greater outpouring of God’s Spirit, love and breakthrough for the reformation of their community.

UGANDA

Uganda has a population of 32 million with 49% under the age of 15 (the highest percentage in the world). Because of civil war and the AIDS epidemic, there are approximately 2.5 million orphans (20% of the child population). Through the ministry of Adrian Wi, local partnerships have been formed with over 150 churches in 5 regions. Since 2006, several joint projects have been completed involving rain water harvesting and the establishment of organic farms primarily run to provide for the needs of the vast number of widows and orphans. Recognizing the social brokenness in this nation, we feel called to Uganda for two primary reasons. Firstly, to raise and train mature sons and daughters of the Kingdom through ongoing partnerships with local and regional leaders. Secondly, to resource the local churches to become self-sustaining for the purpose of influencing their communities both spiritually and practically with the demonstration of the Father’s love.
