At Life Cycle, the Stamford-based group fitness company, we do it all with purpose. That means every studio class, every charity event, every community outing serves our mission: use the power of a community to

We are so much more than a typical cycle boutique, as we are the only Connecticut studio to use RealRyder® bikes. These state-of-the-art bikes lean, turn, and tilt with your body, offering a total-body workout that’s unmatched by any other stationary equipment. We also offer functional training classes like TRX, INSANITY®, and Yoga to not only help you tackle these RealRydes, but life beyond our studio. Who’s going to stuff that carry-on in the overhead? Who’s going lift that ever-growing toddler? Who’s carrying eight full grocery bags in from the car? That’s right - you are.
