InStill Mindfulness SWVA is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Floyd, Virginia. We are committed to bringing mindfulness throughout southwest Virginia.

Vision: To bring mindfulness to every public institution and workplace in southwest Virginia.

Mission: InStill works in collaboration with community partners to provide secular mindfulness classes wherever they are welcome. With right effort over time, the idea of mindfulness will spread across the region and become accepted across every denomination and faith as a way to develop both real-world competencies and spiritual experience.
