Lifefit Personal Training Studio

LifeFit is a personal training studio that specializes in personalized high intensity cross-training programs. Each program will be tailored to each clients needs and abilities while increasing functional strength for a better life. LifeFit incorporates strength and endurance training, CrossFit, kickboxing, strongman and much more. Keys to LifeFit's success are constant programming changes, individualized high intensity workouts while still having fun.

Workouts usually last 30-45 minutes with some stretching to a hour depending on the prescribed workout of the day. Each and every workout will be different because constant change is the quickest and most effective way to achieve your goals.

Most training sessions are 1 and 1 with a trainer but groups of up to 3 can be accommodated.
