Life RX is a comprehensive wellness and fitness program started by two young women who overcame both obesity and who deal with mental health issues, overcoming both daily. At Life RX we seek to bring to light mental health issues and their consequences, in turn, bringing women who are hiding in the dark of loneliness and isolation into the light of life love and full body happiness and harmony; building up women and providing a whole body,mind and spirit approach to wellness and fitness. We intend to help women to overcome eating disorders,obesity, and insecurity to achieve the level of fitness they desire in their lives. We provide fitness training and nutritional consultation in both group and individual platforms. Chimise and Shania travel all over interacting with women of all shapes and sizes and backgrounds.
