Lift Up Springfield

Lift Up Springfield is a Medical and Dental Mission clinic to provide basic heath and dental services to the underserved of our community. It can only do this with YOUR help. The help of doctors, dentist, nurses, hygienist, interpreters, clerical, students giving just ONE DAY of their time for ONE DAY a year. It also depends upon the support of the residents and businesses in our community to give donations: financial and supplies. Please help Lift Up your neighbor by being part of this community effort.
