Lighthouse Baptist Church-LBC, Waldorf, Maryland

To establish and build a church of new believers that constitute a spirit fed family of Christ. A church that works diligently to help win souls to Christ. A church of all races and all backgrounds. We will minister to the needs of the surrounding community spiritually, mentally, and physically through outreach programs such as the Hughesville Homeless Shelter Angel Watch Program, Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, Mentoring, and Tutoring. Accomplishment of these tasks is through church service, prayer meeting, bible study, passing out flyers, advertising, and by word of mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. Also, included are activities held at the church for the community such as mentoring Westlake High School students, movie night, assisting Veterans, and support groups for women and men. Our intent is to provide a church where anyone can learn how the word of God can set them free from the bondage of sin in this world. The location of this church is 3150 Middletown Road, Waldorf, Maryland. A church that proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Finally, to plant a new church from Lighthouse Baptist Church.
