Ligonier Township Volunteer Fire Department #1, Waterford

We are a volunteer Fire department in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County. We have 6 apparatus. Engines 44-1 and 44-2, Tanker 44, Rescue 44, Utility/Brush 44 and Squad 44. We have Bingo on Mondays and Fish Fries on Friday evenings during lent. Every summer we have out annual Fireman's Carnival and BlueGrass festival. We have many other fundraising events such as concerts and food wagon at the Fort Ligonier days held in October of every year in Ligonier, Pa. All of our fundraising goes towards the Upkeep of our Firehall, Apparatus and gear. Feel free to ask any questions about becoming a volunteer or our upcoming events.
