Boutique Policies:

At this time we will operate on pre-orders only. All pre-order items will be posted on Sundays and are open for ordering until the following Friday at 8pm.

When pre-ordering products please comment with size, quantity, and email so invoice may be billed via paypal.

All items MUST be paid for by 9pm Friday. Invoices not paid for by that time will NOT be ordered.

All orders will go in to the manufacturers on Saturday. Shipping from manufacturers could take 7 days to 4 weeks depending on size of orders and manufacturers.

Orders will be shipped from Lilacs and Lace on Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY.

Any in stock items we may have, promotions, sales, contests, etc. will be posted on SATURDAYS only.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges will be at the discretion of the boutique owner and on a customer to customer basis. I will accept any unopened, unworn merchandise with the EXCEPTION of swimsuits and hair products up to 15 days after receiving for full refund minus shipping charges. I will work with my customers the best that I can to ensure a good experience with the boutique, but please be aware of product descriptions, sizes, quantity, etc. when ordering.
