Lily & Lou is located in the heart of historic downtown Beaufort, South Carolina. The beautiful Sea Islands of the Lowcountry are steeped with history and tradition and even the smallest southern belles and gents are raised with the customs and styles of our unique and beautiful area! Ruffle pants and bishop dresses....chino pants and polo shirts....a true southerner knows classic style from the time they are born!

The most popular southern tradition, however, has to be a classic monogram added to just about anything you can think of! Historically, monograms were used as a royal signature. They were used by artists in the Middle Ages to sign artwork. In the Victorian period, the upper class began using personal monograms to denote their place in society. Today, every true southerner has the royal luxury of a few monogrammed items in their closet! We offer in-house monogramming, embroidery, and appliques for both our items and yours to personalize every part of your life.
