Kettlebell: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Advanced Classes: 4:30pm-5:15pm & 5:30pm-6:15pm
• Intro to Kettlebell: 6:30pm-7:15pm
Interval Training: Saturdays - 7:30am, 8:30am, & 9:30am
Our Women's Only sculpting studio focuses on helping women achieve their body and strength goals. Get skinny strong with Jeannie's specially tailored 30 minute Kettlebell Workout.
New clients please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out class forms and receive your complementary measurements.
How to Prepare:
• Bring an extra pair of shoes (clean, indoor only),
we also encourage clients to try our class barefoot
for better stability!

Newcomers are encouraged to take our Intro to Kettlebell class at 6:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Learning the basics will help you evolve to the next level of kettlebell and reduce and risk of injuries.
