Welcome to Partners for After School Success (PASS). We are a non-profit child care center in partnership with Heart of Kentucky United Way, the Lincoln County Community Center, the Lincoln County Baptist Association, Lincoln County Schools, and the Lincoln County Public Library. We are licensed by the state of Kentucky to provide exceptional child care!
Our vision is that children of Lincoln County will be successful in their academic pursuits, will be productive members of society, and will become lifelong learners.
