Built in 1996 for enlisted personnel, Lincoln Military Housing offers 70 two bedroom townhouses measuring approximately 1,025 sq ft and 118 three bedroom townhouses measuring approximately 1,188 sq ft.

Bellevue is located at the site of the Naval Research Laboratory, South Capitol Street, SW, Washington, DC, approximately eight miles from the Pentagon.

Families can enjoy an endless range of activities and resources including the National Zoo, world renound museums, national monuments, parks, cultural events, and night life. Bellevue is less than four miles from the National Harbor Marina. The Marina offers a unique variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment options
