Linda Bean's Perfect Maine Weddings

Thank you for your interest in our event Venue. For your consideration we offer our gorgeous post and beam Barn amidst some of Maine’s most beautiful mountain ranges. The interior can accommodate up to 150 seated guests for weddings, and 150 guests for receptions. We also have our waterfront lawn directly across the street for ceremonies, and this area can accommodate 275 seated guests. This property offers various options to fit whatever your dream wedding looks like. During peak season (5/1 – 10/15) the rate for use of the property (barn and waterfront lawn) is $6,250. During off-season (10/16 – 4/30) the price is $4,250. This price is assuming a maximum of 150 guests. This includes:

Exclusive use of the Waterfront lawn, and Barn (ground levels only) (1) day prior to (for set-up) and until noon the day after the event (for clean-up). Use of the property is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. All festivities including amplified music must conclude no later than 10:00 p.m.

Use of grounds/buildings for photography.

A dedicated Event Coordinator to meet with you prior to and during the day of your event. This includes meeting with most vendors and your wedding planner/decorator(s).

Two-hour rehearsal on the evening proceeding the event. (Minister, Pastor and/or Wedding Planner must be present)

Additional services are available, pricing options available upon request. This includes additional guests.


For additional fees we offer:

Use of our on site guest cottage; which sleeps 6, the charge is $1,100 for the wedding week (Sunday through Sunday)

We are also pleased to assist in creating a catering menu for you and providing all associated services (individually priced based on client preferences).
