Since 2001, Linda Servis, Real Estate Consultant, has performed her usual highly-honed real estate duties with a difference. Linda never charges a real estate commission! She works only on an hourly basis. Just like your accountant and your attorney. And the fee is capped at the prevailing real estate commission rate for the area where the property is located.
