With a philosophy rooted in sustainable and artisanal ingredients, Scott Fratangelo, as executive chef will prepare everything from house made focaccia, breadsticks and pastas to pasture-raised meat and wild-caught fish dishes. Executive pastry chef Heather Fratangelo will work her sweet magic on her own dessert creations. The L’inizio wine list has been curated specifically to complement the L’inzio menu.
