Little Acapulco

Built on the foundations of a family tradition, Robert and Robin Lizcano both have long histories in the Toledo culinary world with experience from family restaurants such as Rosita's, Reynaldo's, and the original Acapulco.

In the early days, Bob's Grandfather and Uncle owned and operated the original Acapulco restaurant in Toledo and the restaurant was operated by both Bob and Robin until 2003.

In this time, the Lizcano's have still been involved with their love of good food and have produced and bottled their own Acapulco Salsa, an all-natural, local favorite, and in the process have won awards from the Toledo Farmer's Markets as well as the Chili Festival for PEOPLES CHOICE Salsa (2008, 2009, 2010) Their flavor-packed product is available in 72 grocers in both Mild-N-Wild and Hot-N-Wild styles.

It was their love of the business that brought the two of them to open Little Acapulco in 2011. With traditional recipes handed down from Robert's Grandmother with fresh ingredients, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a little Lizcano flare, they both look forward to serving you at Little Acapulco, where EVERYONE is greeted with a hello!
