There are two components to a successful pizza business, quality and service. As to the first, we make our own dough daily from a 90-year-old family recipe; our sauce is based on fresh packed tomatoes from Stanislaus in California; we use only whole-milk Wisconsin mozzarella; and our veggie toppings are fresh, not canned. On service, simply put, we take great pride in our efficiency, be it free delivery, dine-in, or carry-out. We thank you for your past patronage and look forward to serving you in the future.
We are proud to be the only Pizzeria in the Capital District to serve vegan pizza, calzones, subs, appetizers, and desserts since 2004. We use Daiya Cheese and have a large selection of vegan toppings including vegan meatballs and sausage that we make fresh in our kitchen. We are happy to be a vegan culinary destination in the Albany area.
