Little Beaver Township is a township in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,411 at the 2010 census.HistoryOld Homestead was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.GeographyAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 20.5sqmi, of which 20.4sqmi is land and 0.1sqmi, or 0.63%, is water.DemographicsAs of the census of 2000, there were 1,310 people, 451 households, and 362 families residing in the township.
