My name is Helene and I'm so thrilled to turn my life-long hobby into my own little business! My mother is a Master Gardener and the owner of a small heath food store in Jockgrim, Germany, and I chose a vegetarian lifestyle as a teen.

It has been so rewarding to share vegetables and creative, healthy food options with friends and family and I can't wait to engage the community, as a whole. To think infinite food source lives in one tiny packet of seeds is amazing to me!

Our current food culture is one of chemicals, long traveled fruits and vegetables and malnutrition. But the answer is right in our own back yards!

Starting April 15th, I will be selling my own microgreens, herbs, vegetables, and plant starts from organic and heirloom seeds, at the Sandhills Farmers Market in downtown Pinehurst, NC every Saturday 10am-1pm.
