Little Lambs Christian Preschool

Little Lambs Christian Preschool provides the kind of environment and varied experiences that will allow the child to:

In all classes, we follow age appropriate “Iowa Core Curriculum” standards. This includes units in Math, Science, Literacy, Creative Arts (Art and Music), and Social Skills. Motor Skill development and Religion are also part of the curriculum at Little Lambs. Activities will include:
New Learning Centers each month
Small and large motor activities
Guest speakers

The four year old classes and the four and five year old blended classes also incorporate “Jolly Phonics” in their daily schedule.


CHRISTIAN CURRICULUM

Through our “One in Christ” curriculum, the children will come to know Jesus as their friend and Savior from sin. They will learn about the hope of eternal life in heaven, the blessings of forgiveness, and the promise of God’s help in their every day life.

Age-appropriate materials and activities (Bible stories, songs, prayers, pictures, etc.) will help them grow in their faith and understanding of God. Parents receive a weekly guide to help reinforce the concepts taught in preschool.

In addition to this, there are monthly chapels with our Pastors or DCE. Family members are invited to attend these monthly chapels which take place in our church sanctuary.
