Little Miss Traveler was born with a centuries old soul and a passion for seeking out the extraordinary.

A collection of vintage souvenirs, travel-related items, and mementos from along life’s journey, Little Miss Traveler speaks to the wanderer in each of us.

The selection of vintage items is ever evolving, but LMT consistently features vintage postcards, suitcases, jewelry, silver plated pieces, furniture, doors, linens, and unusual rusty items.

Little Miss Traveler began as a vintage booth at Key City Antiques in North Wilkesboro and transitioned to festivals/pop-up shows only. Past shows include the West Jefferson Antiques Festival and The Gray Door Market Pop-Up Show.

While shopping in an antique store in Boone a few years ago, I stumbled across “Little Miss Traveler,” a vintage toy suitcase featuring a young girl boarding a train with her suitcase in hand. I fell in love with the name and possibilities it had for my budding business.

Like many others, my fascination with the antique/vintage/retro/industrial/shabby chic/rusty/chippy/etc. reads like an epic novel - thrilling chases, love affairs, and arduous journeys, all supported by a cast of interesting characters.

In the fall of 2014, I followed my lifelong dream of curating a collection of vintage items to sell. Little Miss Traveler is my creative outlet from my work as Town Planner and coordinator of a seasonal farm and artisan market.

While my work has taken precedence lately, I look forward to finding a new permanent home for Little Miss Traveler and more vintage market opportunities.
