I am a National Council On Strength & Fitness certified Trainer. i know that there are people out the that want to get fit, feel better, & want to live a long & happy life, I also know that not everyone wants or has the tome to go to a gym....That's where I come in I
will train my clients in their own homes, offices, or even a park...I offer competitive rates.
I will work around my clients busy lifestyle. Every few months we will go on day trips. hikes, picnics, Zip lining any other fun thing you might want to try
