Live Oak Plantation

We are a quail hunting plantation, we also have an executive 9 hole golf course, trap range, sporting clays, conference center, and fishing. We have 9 ponds that are stocked with Largemouth Bass, bream, and speckled perch. All bass fishing is catch and release.

Our quail hunting operation has been in full swing for the past 30+ years. So, you could say that we have it perfected! We use the best bird dogs and guides to put you on the birds, and create the hunting story of a life time.

We also run managed deer hunts. We are not a highfence, but much of the land sorrounding us is trophy managed through a group effort. We have really seen the size of the deer grow since we implemented the group. We have top of the line stands hanging from our trees, and box blinds that you could sleep in. Grab your gun!
