LiveArt Laboratories

LiveArt Laboratories is comprised of a 20,000 sqft warehouse space, which includes a 6,000 sqft gallery space, on an almost half acre lot. We are located five blocks from Ybor City's main strip, bordering Adamo Drive.

LiveArt Labs is Tampa Bay's first makerspace, social club, and cultural center; and is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and social purposes. All knowledge will be shared through our various core programs in woodworking, metal work, textiles, engineering, and robotics; as well as our continuously rotating schedule of satellite classes offered by volunteer through our members and their artistic interests.

Live Art Labs will empower people through participation-based education as well as through monthly and weekly community programs and events that encourage hands on learning and community involvement for our members, local artists, and small businesses.

Our main warehouse makerspace is divided into 5 initial major Creation Stations:
1. Metalwork
2. Woodwork
3. Electronics & Robotics
4. Textiles & Costumes
5. Stain Glass Art

In addition to the above Creation Stations, we also offer a continuous rotating schedule of other artistic and health classes at member and non-member pricing. These classes will be offered by our in-house staff as well as our member-volunteers.
