Welcome to Living Empowered®! Living Empowered is the life long vision of Angela R. Vigil. We are in the non-profit organization process. Currently everything is run by volunteers. All that we share are gifts our volunteers give from our hearts and souls. To those who much is given - much is also required. Living Empowered is our gift to you.
