THE SESSION:
This bodywork is unlike other massages. Consider it a combination of deep tissue and trigger point massage, but very targeted to knotted problem areas throughout the anterior of the body, from neck to toes. I will address problem areas on the posterior of the body as needed, such as shoulder and knee issues. You might feel as if you have a new back.

LIVING HEALTH:
I, Kathryn Ferreira, have no license, and I do not profess to be a massage therapist. I am a bodyworker and what I do comes naturally to me. I come to your or you might come to me, whichever works best.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Every session you will be wearing comfortable clothes.
It is important to drink plenty of water after a session.
Most sessions run an hour to an hour and a half, completely dependent on what the body needs.
